5 month old baby : heat boils

My son, 5 months old seems to develop boils whenever he travels to hot place.

1. When he travelled to Chennai (where summer temperatures are very high) for one day, he had 6 -7 boils on his hand and forehead. Once we returned back to our home i.e Bangalore, all 6 -7 boils slowly faded with a little mark.

2. Just day before yesterday, again since the temperature at Bangalore itself went up, he again developed a boils on his hand. Also it got erupted and the pus came out.

- He is very much normal; doesn't cry often. Only when he is hungry.

Is Sulphur 12 the best course of medicine?

Any suggestions

Thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Silicea 3X 2-3 pills once or twice a day for at least a month.

And

If next time when he has boil give him Calcarea Sulphurica 3X till they mature and heal. (Most probably he won't)

- Has been Vaccinated and the last vaccination was given a month back.
- Fully breast fed.
- Little rashes comes often on his face. was treated with 'Lumosome' ointment(supposed to be a mild steroid)
- On application of Eumosonee, the rashes used to go away and came back after a week.
