extranumerary bones

Having a hard time finding the rubric for bones that are in funny, unexpected places. I am working with a case who has them throughout the body. In anatomy bones in embedded in tendons are called sesamoid bones. Just not sure what to repertorize. I don't want to miss this because it is such a strong chronic symptom. My thoughts take me to a constitutional remedy maybe...Anyways, if anyone has any ideas I would love some suggestions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can look-up the rubric Exostosis in the chapter Generalities of the repertory by James Tyler Kent.
Bone growth is generally the result of irregular distribution of Calcium in the body. The remedy in most cases is Calcarea Carb though two other Calcarea preparations Calcarea phos and Calcarea floor are also indicated sometimes. Totality of symptoms will tell which remedy is indicated in any particular case.
