Soar throat.

My 13 years had a cold glass of juice day before yesterday. She has sore throat from that time.
Gave her belladonna 30 and baryta carb 30. 4,5 doses are given but still soar throat and pain. Pain has started in right throat. She isn't able to eat properly. She has no flu
Please any doctor advise what to do.
