Noise in Ear
60 year old femaleweight 80kg
height 5.2 ft
sedentary lifestyle after major kidney operation(donated one kidney to son).
Having issue of hearing Noise in both ear. Noise is of like humming sound from high tension electric cable. or may be like high speed blowing of wind(ssssssshhhhhhhhhhh....)
Persistent itching is also there inside ear.
Consisting issue of snoring while sleeping.
Sleep within 02 minute. Sometime it feel we are talking but after some time we realize that she is asleep. snoring comes immediately.
Similarly wakes up in haste too. will not realize she has fallen asleep.
Always complain that his nose get blocked at night after lying and have difficulty in breathing.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
PULSTILLA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND NAT MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
