Cervicogenic Dizziness

I am a 62 years old male. My cervical spine shows minor to moderate stenosis with disc issues in all the cervical vertebrae and loss of lordosis (MRI- 4yrs back). I have been experiencing dizziness since last 4 years. It normally happens in forenoons after I have had breakfast and continues till around 1 pm. Its not exactly Vertigo, rather a woozy feeling in Head as if I am intoxicated and will loose balance while I walk. My physiotherapist diagnosed it as an issue related to C1-C2 vertebrae. He suggested regular neck muscle strengthening Yoga exercises which has controlled symptoms to a great extent but they keep coming back if I skip the exercises for a week or fortnight. Any homeopathic remedies for a lasting cure, please?
