Sexual problems
Hi I am 28 years, male.I had a bad habit of excessive masturbation from puberty. With time, I have noticed that The habit has weakened my general health and I am suffering a lot.
I have comitted to leave this habit recently to gain the lost vigour. I am likely to get married within this year with my partner.
Present compliants:
1. Excessive Sexual Desire
2. Partial erections (not enough to start penetration)
3. Less Semen quantity
4. Fear of not being able to satisfy my partner.
5. Lustful thoughts frequent.
All the above compliants put huge stress in my daily life and adds to the problem.
Please suggest.
