Constipation in 3 yr old boy
Constipation in 3.3yr old boy:My son (3.3yr old) son is having Constipation. He is passing stool for every 2 days. Sometimes he gets fever around 100-101 and it gets reduced sometimes when be passes the stool. We don't use any allopathic drugs.
His stool is hard and some times smelly. He is verbal and active kid.
Can you please suggest.

1. Calc Carb-30 4 pills twice a day
2. Compound no 4 2 pallets twice a day.
Please keep 30 to 40 minutes gap between two medicines.

Thank you. What is compound 4. Is it ferrum phos 6x? If yes, Currently kid doesn't have fever. Is it still recommended to give. Can you please confirm.
