remedies recommended......don

im suffering from impotencey,premature ejaculation and driblling since three years and tried al lot of homeopathic medicines but got temporary relieve but again suffer from the same symptoms........also i have not ever get night fall(onreigomas) since three years as i used medicine (allopathic) for hair stimulation(finesteride)and suffering from this.plz recommend me the combination of homeopathic medicine for these all symtoms.and how i can use and which have to use bofore and its potency,time interval between combination drugs and how long i have to carry this.....as im feeling my self sex unfit.and soon will be mine marriage ceremony.plz get rid of me with all symptoms forever.my age is 25

they are lycopodium,conium,selenium and graphite and diamoinum
plz say me which one is the best and how i use the combination.after meal and before meal which i have to use in which potency.plz
