Every time all day without sex a liquit release in my penis.
Whenever I see an intimate scene in the instant, a liquefaction starts from Penis immediately and it spammers out in 10 seconds. And any sex relelated thing is heard only after the sperm gets out.
Premature. Ejaculation, errotic dysfunction

CAN ANY DOCTOR TELL ME WHAT IS "ONE DOSE"?
Is it only one time - 5 drops or 3 times in a single day - 5 drops every time? Or is it anything else?

I only get excited by talking to any girl or seeing a little excited thing and leaking out of the penis and sperm gets out in 30 seconds. My penis has shrunk and is always cold and gives pain in penis after getting excited. My life is on the verge of being distroy, some treatment is quick to tell. thankyou

I go to my wife only to get excited by talking to her. The penis starts releasing the liquid, without any entercours or without sex, and spamming out shortly afterwards. Immune system is very low and lot of in shoulder and neck. I feel very helpless to myself.
1 week 5 time nightfall.
Penis is always contractile. Liquid Every Time is Released. Than after pain in scrotums .
Test report:-
1. Right epididymis few small (2 to 3 mm) cysts are seen
And Grade II right varicocele on right side.
2. Total sperm court 10milli/ml - less than 40 millions
