Hi,
I already gave one post on this. Since there is not much response i am posting again.

I have to go to my brother's marriage in may, which is increasing my anxiety.

I think if i was told to take some responsibility can i do it without anything wrong.

What if something goes wrong? everybody will laugh at me.

Can i be relaxed in marriage, or do i look tensed ? Can i be comfortable with the people coming to the marriage? Lot of questions are poping in my mind and i want to avoid going to the marriage saying some reason. Please somebody help me.

Lopi

A good combination I have used with patients to great effect is:- Aconite, Anacardiam, Arg Nit and Arsenicum.
Take them when you start to feel tense at an up and coming event, and every half hour if necessary until you feel calmer. I find the potency of 1M works very well.
Best of luck.

"Lopi2006"
for your problems, consider taking this BACH FLOWER REMEDIES :
Aspen + RockRose + Mimulus
Take 10 ml each. Mix all in a seperate NEW glass bottle. From this NEW glass bottle take 2-3 drops, direct on clean tongue. ATLEAST 4 times a day. Take Till symptoms persist. Causes NO aggravations at all. Safe even for infants.

The above is not Homeopathic medicines. BUT can be taken safely with any homeopathic medicines. It is available in most homeo stores.

Remain Healthy & Happy ....... Nesha-India
