Pushed back against wall, neck injury

I was pushed and fell backwards against a wall. I believe my head and neck got squashed together and the injury that resulted is behind my left shoulder, where the trapezius muscle meets the neck muscle. I've had several results from this injury. In the beginning it was located in the single area that I described. Lately I have had to carry. some heavy canvases, and held them with false strength up and over. The framed canvases which were three by four feet and framed, were usually not so heavy for me, but in this case I was working in a small space organizing a storage with help from someone else, and I reinjured the area. I then went to a spa to receive a massage, and the woman was extremely strong on all my muscles, including that area. She seemed to relieve it, and yesterday it was the feeling that I had been helped. But this morning, after sleeping as usual on my back with a rolled shawl under my neck, I woke up in pain. Now, typing this, my whole left shoulder and jaw on the left side, and behind my ear, are quite in pain. I took homeopathy for leg cramps which was all I had, and rubbed helicrysum essential oil by Young Living on the site of injury. I also took a Hyal Joint tablet and 4 glucosamine chondriton with MSM. As I write this, the feeling of relief is minor, with shoulder, left arm and jaw still feeling the immobliity that eases the pain.

Use Arnica 200c and Hypericum 200c one to two pills/drops twice for three to four days.
