This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You have not mentioned the potency. Alcohol content is not the same thing as potency. If it is a homeopathic dilution you may take 2 drops twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. You may also opt for a more aggressive dosing. It won't cause any harm.

Thank you for your reply. Mercurius dulcis 6x drops and Kali muriaticum 6x pills. been taking 3-4 drops of mercurius and 3-4 pills of Kali m, each of these twice per day, for 5 days now. do not feel a big difference yet:(

You should revisit the case and seek other possibilities. 30C potency and above create homeopathic action. Lower potency is not that effective. This is another point to be noted here.

Would you be so kind to suggest a homeopathic remedy for my simptoms please? ears are still blocked (can't pop them to relieve presure) but sinuses are clean. it causes lightheadness, slight dizziness, affects my vision as i feel eyes struggle to concentrate/can't fix on things, feeling of cotton ball in my head, and tiredness. hearing is a bit better than 3 weeks ago. no tinitus. please. what remedy would you advise?ears are blocked for 1 month now.specialist doctor said no infection, no fluid behind ears. i am disperate and so anxious lately.

Please take Conium 30C or 200C twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
