Liquid, pills, ointment or granules?

Hi, I was wondering how you know which type of remedy to take?

I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa, and need to use Silicea according to what I've read here, but have no idea "which" to get...does anybody know which would be best? Internal or external?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
NO DOUBT __ INTERNAL.

Pills or granules are my preference.

Use a 6x potency and take twice a day.

1 pill equals 3 granules .

If you get from this site beware they spell it Silicea and they class a plant as silica maritima -
should be scilla maratima

Thanks for the response!

Would you mind telling me how long you've taken this, and in what noticeable way it's helped you?
