Dear Dr.,my friend, a 24yrs female had severe backache 4yrs ago,diagnosed as mild disc prolapse for which she took a lot of painkillers and traction and got relieved.Now for the past 11/2 yrs she having joint pains and her toes become dark on exposure to cold with intense pain.She works as a personal assistant to principal of an educational inst. in a town. She is a jovial person,but very much depressed now a days about this problem.She has taken lot of steriods for jt. problem and put on weight.Please advice!

sir please see my problem rwefer computer vision syndrome and intermittient exotropia i have taken ruta 1m yesterday in morning before breakfat at 1 o clock i am not taking any more remedy for problem now what should i do?
