Impotency, Compulsive urge to watch porn & masturbate, loss of mental and physical vigour and staminaI am a 38 year old male, masturbating since the age of 14. At the younger side of my age I used to masturbate around 3-4 times daily. Later on got into the habit of watching porn and reading adult materials. Now I suffer from a compulsive urge to watch pornography and masturbate. I usually have no such urge when in company or when I am engaged in some task/work. However, when alone or when studying or working on the computer I feel the urge to masturbate. To arouse myself to engage in this activity I watch porn.
Earlier I used to have nightfall every week or sometimes twice a week. But now since past 4-5 years its happening 15-20 days. If I do not masturbate in 15-20 days I feel a pressure in my groin region with the desire to ejaculate and sometimes some semen would dribble during urinating and excreating. I notice low semen volume and feeble ejaculation. Semen texture is okay, except more watery and lacks whiteness.
My penis seems to be under-developed to me with thinning of penis in the shaft region (4.71" girth 4.5" with foreskin retracted and 5.4" Erect length).
I get strong erections during foreplay and sex talk but sudden laxness at the time of penetration, leading to embarrassment. Sometimes the erections are not powerful/strong enough to get into the vagina. Very difficult to attain erection without watching porn.
Penis relaxed and retracted most of the day. Testicles seems small at around 15 cc/ per testicle but sometimes grows to 20cc during abstinence. Scrotum underdeveloped (measured as 22cm around). Unable to hold erection for long, loss of interest after ejaculation. dribbling ejaculation, no precum or very little.
Mental and physical lethargy, procrastination, lack of mental and physical stamina, very low pranic energy, lack of resolution and setermination. wastes time. Not focused or loses focus and interests (could have many interests) after sometime. Starts many things but unable to complete or leaves halfway through.
