Sex timing issue (max 1 minute)
Hi Doctor,I am 31 years old. I have some same issues.
I did lots of mastrebution from the age of 22. And I did lots of not countable. I have sex timing issue can't go more then a minute and I noticed there are low sperm ratio also. and I have hair fall issue and going white hair very fastly for 3 years my hair has been 50% decrease. We said it doing due to mastrebution and lots of wasting sperm.
A doctor recommend me (damiana Q) I used it for a month it gave me more erection but not result in time enhancement.
And (acid fluor 30) but not any improvement in this problem . Please please help me in this situation . This is my second marriage I am afraid now because 1st wife went due to no satisfaction.
Please help me in these problems
