I am a very low confident person. I want to do a good/change job but I am so scared. I get worried when I think about it. I start having these future assumptions that someone will be harsh towards me where I work or I will lose my job. They will treat me wrong. I always have feeling that people are judging me or I am scared that people will say bad things to me. Please, please help. It is really important for me that I get rid of this problem. I want to be a confident person. Thank you

Please take Ignatia 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days.
If this doesn't help take Lycopodium 200 in the same way and report back.

Hello Doctor Kadwa,
hope u r fine.
I took lycopodium 200 like you said but I think it is not working at all.
I did not have ignatia 200 handy so I took Lycopodium first.
I lost my job few days ago and from last three days I haven't slept at all.
Whenever, I search for a job , all past and future incidents come to mind and I can't stop crying.
I had panic attacks too I think like racing heart, everything lost.
Should I still wait for some days for lycopodium 200 to work or
should I take ignatia 200? I haven't bought it yet.
