Cavities and Bruxism (grinding)Hello,
I'm a 36 year old male with a lot of teeth cavities that seem to sometimes be more active than other times. Most of the cavities are on the gum line. I have good oral hygiene and have tried just about every product on the market to improve oral hygiene, but the cavities don't go away.
I have read that cavities on the gumline are caused by bruxism... I 'grind' my teeth almost all day long without knowing it, clenching my teeth together even though I'm 'relaxed'. I have no idea why I do this and most of the time I'm not aware of doing it at all.
I maintain a healthy diet and almost no sugar or refined foods.
Is there something in homeopathy that can help me?
