Sweaty palms and feet

I am a 24 years old man and as long as I remember I had sweaty hands and feet. It's worse during the summer or when I'm exercising. It is also worse when I'm nervous, but I'm also overly sweating when I'm alone. I tried to use a lot of hand different lotions, but this doesn't seem to fix the problem for me.

It is getting to the point that it gives me a lot of uncomfortable situations, because I don't like the idea of giving someone a sweaty hand. I would like to know if there are any natural remedies to reduce sweaty palms and feet.

Please take Calcarea Carb 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days.
One dose means 2 pills.

Thank you for your information. I'm going to order Calcarea Carband and will let you know of the results.

I have taken it as you said, but unfortunately it didn't reduce my sweaty palms. Specially when it's warm I can't get dry hands.

Please take Lycopodium 200 in exactly same way and see how that affects. If this doesn't help take Sulphur 200 in the same way.
