Hello Dr Toufeeq,
My head is burning like hell since this morning. It's really unbearable. My soles are burning too.
Two things are happening in my life at the moment:

The uncertainty about my job, which may make me jobless, making me too much worried and tensed.

Somebody from my in laws is trying to control me and trying to ruin my plan for my husband when he reaches here. I am freaking out from her interference on my long wait for my husband. I really can't handle anybody trying to control me.

I am too much irritated and too much furious. My head is too tight. My daughter complains that I am not nice anymore as I yell at her a lot. Poor my baby. I don't want to be mad at her but my anger has become uncontrollable now.

My head is heavy and I am depressed. People say, I look depressed. Please help

I was better than yesterday the whole day today. So I am guessing here, the strong sensations I was getting yesterday was the aggravation from Aconite ? I was wondering, If it was, then why did it last for too long ?

I really can't differentiate if the sensations I get after the remedy, are aggravation from remedy or the presence of same sansations I was getting before taking the remedies. I am always worried about the conditions getting worse. I am too apprehensive. I can't differentiate whether the remedy stopped working or still working. I don't know when to report you after taking the dose or how long do I have to wait and watch the action of the remedy. I am so confused.

Aconite is working better than Ars Alb.
Hatred is less now than taking ars alb. But its still there about 50 %.

Head burning is there ( it's same when I get tensed)
Controlled feeling is there ( less by 30% than in ars alb)
Worrying: less than Ars Alb by 30%.
Worry about Dad's health condition is improved by 60% after Aconite.
Forgetfulness: not improved
Memory power: not improved
Burning of soles: less by 30%. (After Aconite)
Shyness: not improved
Reluctant to talk to people: not improved.
Worry about future: less by 30-40% than in Ars Alb.
Yelling at daughter: improved by 30% than in Ars Alb.

Head tightness: improved by 30-40%.
Burning sensation inside head is improved by 50% now than yesterday.
Anger: 30-40% better than in Ars Alb.
I still want to control my daughter and other people around me. I still don't want anybody say me " do this" "do that". I want to tell them, "you don't have to tell me I know it already. " I really get mad if someone tries to say something to me when I already know about it.
I am a kind of selfish person too. I look for my benefits first than anything else. I am sometimes rude to people which is not nice. ( I was not like this much rude before).
My head is still burning which is bothersome.
Depression improved by 50-60% than yesterday.
I hate people from my community( they are backbitters and narrow minded, have fake sympathy or emotions). I hate fakeness and hypocrites.

Furthermore, I would like to ask you, since I am feeling better now than yesterday, do you want me to wait and watch for further progress ? When should I report you next ? Please guide.

Please help me I am in too much of stress. My head is burning and too tight. I feel too much pressurised by daily work. My husband is back now and because of extra work, i feel too much stressed out and fatigued. PLEASE HELP ME URGENTLY!!

Furthermore I just had a dose of Kali phos 6x which is not helping me at all. Please help

Thank you for your mail.
Before I saw your last mail about another dose of Aconite, I already had the three dosages of Kali Phos 6x that you prescribed me earlier, which helped me lowered down my stress and anxiety level to 50-60%.
I am better than before now. Do you still want me to take the second dose of Aconite or should I wait for some more days ? I will do as per your guidance. Please suggest.

I again got too much stressed out yesterday. It was unbearable so I took a dose of Aconite 200c yesterday as per your last message.

This morning I felt, My stress went down by 20-30%. My head is still burning and has dull ache. My soles are burning. My face has burning feeling inside.
Energy level is low.
Irritated, angrier.
Angry with husband, as he's wasting his time sleeping whole day.
Easily offended
Has dull pain on left side of the chest.
Too much stressed out.
Calves have ache.
Overwhelmed feeling.
Worried about future.
Depressed
Suffocated

Please suggest something.

I sent you an email too stating my condition after taking Phosphorus and Kali phos .
I haven't got any reply yet. Please help me.
I am stressed out again. My head is burning. The remedies helped me about 50%
For the first 2-3 days. But I am again stressed out, irritated and frustrated. My head is congested.
Should I take Phosphorus again ? Please advise.
