Knee aches
Since I have been suddenly putting on weight, I started taking half an hour walk. But, I have noticed that my knees hurt especially when I get up or try to squat and so does my back. I do not want to leave exercising as it would not be good. What can I take for relieving me of those aches? I take a dose of arnica 30 every night before sleep but the aches are not reducing. Please someone advise.mohini on 2006-03-08

Repeating a remedy daily is like allopathy --- is WRONG!.
May even be the root of the problem , try taking Ruta 30 BUT - ONLY three doses on three sucessive nights and wait.
