You can increase your weight with our diet and constitutional medicine

Breakfast 7-8 a.m.
2 pieces of toast, 2 eggs, pineapple or grapefruit, milk with
Coco or chocolate
Hawala, 2 eggs, fruit or
French toast, milk fruit

Mid-day meal 11 a.m.
1 chapati with scrambled eggs and cheese inside, a milkshake or
