Extremely sorry i was in village for sometime without any internet access. I am taking the homepathy with one week gap.
Along with I am taking following Herbal medicines : Arshkalp, Kayakalp, Saptvinshanti, Abhayarist regularly.
Situation was better for sometime in between. NOw frequency of pus discharge is less though. Now I have pus discharge once in 7/8 days and little blood once in 3 days.
Till now I have taken the homepathy for 6 weeks with the intermittent gap of 1 week.
I have not take the homeopathy now for last one week. I shall again start.
Again my apologies, I thought ur account was blocked.

1. Anus is sore; anus is moist all time; smarting all the time; Sensation as if sticks were in the anus; irritability of the sphincter; anus aches and burns for hours after stool; narrowing of anus; Oozing from anus
2. Urgent desire to empty bowel /bladder but little comes out; stools covered with mucus; the stool slips back when partially expelled; Odor of stool very foul; How does the stool look like- hard/sheep dung;stool causes scratching on skin
3. Color / density of discharge
4. History of: Acne; Liver enlarged; any infection/ disease in family; Tested for TB
5. SYMPTOMS on PASSING URINE: Any trouble felt during passing of urine; As if stool would escape ;Stool falls out unnoticed; External pilesbecome more painful, protrude more, come down; More desire for passing stool when urinating; bleeding of piles during urinating; prolapsus of the anus or rectum during urination increase of piles symptoms during micturition; sensation as if some urine is retained behind in the bladder and there is urge to pass it; Inability to emit all the urine, drops of it continue to fall out; Must wait a long time for the urine to pass.

Please find my answers. Let me know if any thing else you need.
1. There is no soreness in anus. No smarting all time. Earlier once in a while there some needle like pain in the fistula. But now there is light pain sometimes only when its pressed hard.
No weird sensations in anus its normal. Not all times but sometimes there is little oozing mucus in anus.
2. I have constipation issue. Unless i apply little pressure its difficult for me for motion. I always take herbal remedies like triphala/kabzhar to relive constipation. Stool is moderate normal, not hard and not like sheep dung. Only if constipation is too much once in while it becomes very hard.
But one thing I have noticed the fistula swelling happens after motion manytimes, may be becuase of stretching of skin. fistula is not in anus and 6'o clock postion. I had pilessurgery 7 years ago.
3. Discharge Color is mostly white and medium density. Sometimes watery discharge also happens. Now-a-days blood is coming out of fistula evrytime along with discharge. Before 2 months once i had light yellow discharge.
Sometimes itching is there around fistula when the fistula puncture begins to dry.
4. There is no such history in family. Only my father got diabetes recently. I have chronic sinusitis/left side headache for 7/8 years.
5. No problem with urination. But i urinate very frequently once every hour.
6. No such issues while walking. Only if fistula is swollen at that time its bit uncomfortable, but that's obvious.
Also do you recommend to avoid any foods? I am not sure but I am suspecting milk is having osme impact on pus formation.
