in child urine problem

my 5 yrs old child last one month urine frequently day time and some night but not feeling urine out .drop wise .

jage rahne par urine 10,10 minute per hota hai kabhikabhi pata bhi nahi chalta urine ho jata hai only day time so jane per nahi hota hai

If the above medicine does not show effect as desired, give the child these:
Mag Phos 6x + Cal Phos 6x BEFORE meals and
Nat Phos 6x + Nat Sulph 6x AFTER meals. 2 tabs of each medicine.
