| Hello, my daughter is two years old and she recently got her second ear infection on Saturday. The day before it happened she had a very runny nose. Then on Saturday she suddenly complained about her ear hurting and was inconsolable. I treated that with a combination remedy by Hylands that has Pulsatilla, Camomilla, Suphur, Calcarea Carbonica, Beladonna and Lycopodium. The ear pain subsided and the the runny nose has been on and off. However, today the runny nose really started up again. It is clear liquid and constant. Her nose is a little red around the ridges from having to wipe it so much. My daughter is in good spirits, did not eat well in the morning but did eat in the afternoon. I am concerned that if the runny nose continues, the ear will get worse again. Any thougthts on a remedy? |

give your daughter 1 doase of sulphur 30, then report back.
if the ear hurts again give her 1 dose of pulsatilla 30.

I gave her the remedy around bed time. She slept well and when she woke up she woke up in a good mood. Her nose did not run all day until late afternoon. Her nose was not really running but the mucous was accumulating just around the edge of her nose and kind of stayed there. Her left upper lip is red and irritated. I have not given her anything more.
P.S. My son is now starting to get a runny nose (clear) and his nose is actually red. | | |
