suffering from strong Premeture ejaculation, Help before my marriage.
Dear Dr. I am 32 years male suffering from premeture ejaculation. My hight is 176 cm and weight is 75 kg and i am an emotional person by nature. when i touch my girl friend or if she touches my penis is just ejaculates. Some time foreplay is fine and I ejaculate after penetration. Some time even in foreplay. I feel a great guilt. I realize this just after she touches me first time, and once i penetrated and ejaculated in 20 t0 30 strokes. I have to restart again it erects again in 15- 20 minute, but same condition again.Dear Dr. I then heard a homeopathy tonic Avena, and i started to take that. after taking 1 bottle it seems that nothing has improved. but now when i tried to musterbate my penis is not erecting as it used to be just after thinking of these things. but now it not erect even after watching porn.
When I meet with my GF my penis erects normaly as it used to be. Even if I talk or vid call her and start talking about sex. I cant understand this sudden change whether it is side effect of Avena or of depression, because in this time period I studied hard for my papers and some other problems were there. Or it is normal. And now I have 3 stages of erection – not erected, half erected and fully erected. When I am half erected it feels like I have full power of my penis, because then I doesn’t ejaculate early while musterbating. And then it takes 300 – 400 strokes. But when it is fully erected it takes only 20 – 30 strokes only.
Please help me anyhow sir. I will be a great help.

Does it have any side effects Doc. Beacuse I take Avena, after that i cant even musterbate. My penis does not erect at morning now. Before taking that medicine it was ok. Now it just after full erection it feels like I am going to ejaculate.
I had a long musterbation history of 10 years in which 5 years I musterbated a lot. I had a stone history in urine bladder. No BP, No Sugar. I have another problem, mey be it has somthing to do with this. I dont feel presure of urine. When i go to pi i feel Un comfertable. Then i go to pi. I need to apply presure to urinate.
So I want you to please examine me carefully. Then please suggest me some medicaion. It will be a great help Doc.
