dr kadwa pls help to cure heavy menstrual bleeding Page 2 of 4

sir dis is to inform u that after taking ur prescribed remedies my sister's period had stopped on the 1 st of may . Then u had prescribed her to take natrum mur 200 for 3 days which she had taken.Its already a month now but still she did not have her periods ( though for the past one week there has been some brown spotting with little blood).So will she wait for a few more days or would u prescribe her some medicine?

Sir u had asked to wait for a week and see whether she has her periods or not but this is to inform u that she had very little bleeding with clot on thursday evening n then it stopped at night and brown spotting continued. Similar happened on sunday night.N the brown spotting continues.What should she do? N also its been a month she had natrum mur 200. So will she have natrum mur again? Plzz advise.

Please give her a single dose of Sepia 200 and see how that affects over a week.

Please give her Pulsatilla 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. Please stop the remedy if she gets her menses.

Sir this is to inform u that aftr having pulsatilla 200 my sister started having her periods on 3July. The period was normal till 7th of July (passed small blood clots) But from 8th her period became heavy and she started passing large clots with heavy bleeding. The next day she had mag carb 30 and bovista 30 but there is no improvement in her condition. Plz advice something.

Sir this is to inform you that after giving her mag carb 200 and bovista 200 for a week there is very little improvement in her condition. The bleeding is continuous throughout the day but the amount is less with clots sometimes bright red and sometimes blackish red in colour at anytime of the day.She has become very weak both physically ,emotionally , starts crying at very little things,cannot concerntrate on any work ,sits idle the whole day and doesnt interact much with any family members.plz do advise.

Please give her 10 drops of Jonesia Asoca Q thrice a day for 5 days and report back.

Sir this is to bring to your notice that after having jonesia asoqa q for 4 days my sister's bleeding has become less but not fully stopped.Immediately after having the medicine medium blood flow and small clots appears.And with time the bleeding lessens . so will she continue the medicines or stop having it and check for a few days whether the bleeding stops or not?

Sir this is to inform u that it has been 7 days my sister is having jonesia asoqa q.Though u have said to continue for 15 days but sir she was passing medium to small clots since yesterday evening but after that there is no clot till now but bleeding continues.She has become very weak . Now she has become restless and wants the bleeding to stop completely (with no clots).will she continue the same medicine or will u prescribe a new one to stop it completely.

Please give her Belladonna 200 and Asrenicum 200 twice a day for 3 days. Asoca Q to continue. There should be a gap of an hour between bell and ars.

Sir this is to inform you that after having belladonna 200 and arsenicum 200 and continuing asoca q my sister's condition has improved quite a lot from before but not totally .Bleeding though very less and sticky type but 3-4 medium sized clots are still coming out the whole day . plz advice what to do.she has become very restless as she cannot concerntrate on any work and wants the bleeding and clots to stop completely.

sir this is to inform you that its been a week my sister is continuing with the three remedies.Bleeding is much less and there is no clots but sometimes of the day there is little blood spotting (sticky type).She has become extremely weak,cant walk much and starts panting by doing a little amount of work.plz do advice.also we have a iron syrup at home namely ferrumsip syrup by sbl can she have that?

Please continue with Jonesia Asoca Q. Also give her Calcarea Carb 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. Please stop Bell and Ars.
