urticaria

sir,
A patient 50years old suffering from urticaria for past 2years.
Sex:female..

Rashes all over body with itching. No any burning pain..
Want to scratch rashes all time...
scratching gives relief..

rashes even appear in throat mouth and eyes..

swelling appears in eyes...

Aggravates at morning and evening. from taking shell fish.. beef..

patient is highly indolent.. sadful..

craving for sweets..

which is the remedy?
