Chronic Constipation, Insonomia and hair balding
Dear Sir,I am 36 years old. I have been suffering from Chronic Constipation for the last 21 years.it took almost an hour to pass stool even after, i dont feel that my bowel is clear. My hairs have started thinning and getting bald on vertex and from front (MPB). I also not getting full sleep.
Please help, I want to get 100% constipation cured.

7. climate : Indian Climate ( Humid)
8. List of your complaints : Chronic Constipation, Hair thinning, hair fall, insomnia ( don’t get sufficient sleep at night), lack of concentration
9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint : Chronic constipation for the last 21 years, hair thinning and falling – last 21 years, lack of sleep – last 6 – 7 years
10. Diabetic or non-Diabetic : Non-Diabetic
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt : I love sweets and namkeens
12. Thirst : juices
13. Tongue and Taste : sour ( lot of whiteness on the tongue )
14. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine) : normal
15. One situation that had a big effect on you? Morning – had to put lot of efforts almost spend 1 hour, if I had to leave early in the morning for some assignment then I try not to eat anything a day before so that I can leave home in time.

Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? Current – occasionally – take triphla, previous medications – Kayam churna, Zhandu pancarist, recently completed colonography- all tests come clear/ normal. Doctor recommend to take fiber laxative.

18. Nature of work, what do you do for living? : Manager – around 12 hours of computer work( emails etc).

How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections. : I lose temper easily, feel irritate if bowel is not clear, not cheerful, impatient. I prefer to stay at home, not a social animal. I want to love and go out with wife but due to constipation issue, don’t enjoy fully since entire day feel not good, headache etc.
