Costochondritis
Hello,Hope someone can help me, I was diagnosed with costochondritis, that is pain in chest that radiates to back, chest is tender to the touch, it feels better with warm compresses and if I lay down. I wanted to see if there is something that I can take that will make it better.

Almost certainly Bryonia 30c twice a day would help.
It may be that the effect would wear off after a time ... at which point increase the potency , say to a single tab of 1m.
