Height Increase

Hello everyone!
I want to ask if there's any hope of height increase of 2-3 inches at the age of 22? I'm 5 feet 1 inch. Kindly let me know.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can eat well, do exercises for height ( see you tube)

Some people still grow at your age naturally.

Height is not an illness, the homeopathic meds are to
match the illness to work. Since there is no illness
they will cause problems you never had.

Height is genetic, and even if you were to take something
that was able to do something NOT natural like thicken
your disc area, later on this could lead to some serious
back issues, brittle bones etc, so stay healthy and work
on it in a natural way.

I have seen people using them and getting positive results. However, I must agree that it is very likely to invite diseases.
Youtube Videos i have tried and of no use.

I think it is slow going on the exercise, however it is just going
to make you stronger and healthier, so no downside there.

I have been on here for 4 years, and not seen one person benefit
from height prescriptions or combo stuff. People are harming
themselves, glad you understand.

simone is right.. exercise is the better and I tell you some pranyam and asan you can search on Google and practice them.. it's very safe but better to learn from a yoga teacher or somone who good in yoga pranyam..

1. ‘Sun Salutation’ or ‘Surya Namaskara’
This yoga pose has been practiced since ancient times for a number of reasons and increasing height is one of the most common causes among them. This is basically a series or sequence of 12 different ‘asanas’ or postures, which need to be performed at least twice a day – at the sunrise and in the evening.




2. ‘Hand to Foot Pose’ or ‘Hastapadasana’
If the upper part of your body is shorter than the lower part, you need to practice this asana regularly. It is known to work on each and every section of our body – starting from the head up to the toe. Hence, you become able to gain more height and look better.




3. ‘Easy Pose’ or ‘Sukhasana’
The Easy Pose, also called ‘Pleasant Pose’ or ‘Decent Pose’, is the basic posture of yoga from which all other postures are developed. By practicing this asana regularly, you can take a control over your breathing. It also helps in toning up the lower back as well as hip regions, which eventually boosts your height by decompressing the


4 ‘Mountain Pose’ or ‘Talasana’
This is one of the easiest yoga postures that you can practice since the early days for increasing your height. It has been found that this asana can make the spinal cord and limbs (arms and legs) stronger. It also helps in making the whole body agile, which is really beneficial for height gain.

‘Tree Pose’ or ‘Vriksasana’
When it comes to growing taller with yoga practices, the tree pose can be a great option for you. Usually, this posture focuses on the calf muscles and leg muscles and plays a key role in toughening them. As these muscles become stronger, your chance of gaining height also goes up.


6. ‘Triangle Pose’ or ‘Trikonasana’
As the name suggests, our body gets a triangular form while performing this asana. It is highly beneficial for shorter people as it increases body height at a rapid pace. Apart from this, the pose also helps in reducing stress, enhancing balance and improving posture.


7‘Revolved Triangle Pose’ or ‘Parivrtta Trikonasana’
It is just the reverse of the previous pose in which your body gets the shape of an inverted triangle. The asana provides strength to the back as well as lower back of the body and makes the balancing capacity better. All these result into increased height.



Specialy try for bar exercise in gym it's good also.. drink milk and dates

just tak 3 cup of milk and 5 dates just boil it till milk come to 1 cup then have milk and dates

remember just remove seeds before boiling or buy seed less dates

yes.. it may help but u need to drink milk and start running too.. U can do pranayam too.. U know pranayam?
