pls help, confusing to use treatment premature Premature Ejaculation.
dear Dr.I am from Bangladesh, my age 28years old, unmarried, 5'8" night, 72kg weight, my big problem is PE & dark circle at my both eyes. I was start masturbate early when my age 15years old & many more per days. I face this problem 3years ago. I was take some treatment by local Dr. he give me selenium 3x 4tab perday 2times & give some drops who I used 3times perday after meal. I ask this Dr. what's name of medicine, but he don't give me answer. I was get this treatment almost 3month & give him lot of money. I seems it's not solve my PE but improve my sperm, who was like as water. now my ejaculation time is 20-40sec. I want to marry but I afraid to marry for this problem. now I am totally confused.pls help me. best regards sir, thanks you.

it is clearly written in bracket that only 3 doses in 15 days. so you do it once and report after 15 days.

Please take Coca 30 in the evening every alternate day for 20 days and report back. You should take 10 doses over 20 days.
One dose means
