You are not taking the remedies together or during the same period. Also, Rhus Tox and Bryonia are not deep acting and you have taken low potency for acute symptom. So, I don't think earlier remedies will interact with Merc Sol.

I took three doses of Merc Sol 30 two nights back. There seems to have been some positive effect, although there is still a long way to go. The shoulder was creaking lesser at night and at least I got some sleep. It is still creaking and makes popping sounds though.
Throat is a little better but feels like itching inside it, like I want to put a finger inside it and scratch. More so at night.

Note the changes in your sufferings at night due to shoulder pain. If you see it increasing again, start a sustained dosage of Merc sol 30C twice a day for some days till the pain is significantly reduced.
Don't take any other remedy for your teeth now. Lets see how the teeth pain responds to Merc sol.

There does seem to have been some positive effect on the shoulder. When it starts again in the middle of the night I take a single dose of merc sol 30.
But my cold is still there.There is a lot of sneezing, itching in the nose, worse when I lie down and at night, some expectoration also comes out which is light colored and watery. Lots of itching on the inside of the throat at the top..

You may take 2 to 3 doses of MERC SOL 200C on a single day and wait for a week. This should clear your cold in a week.

I took 2 doses of Merc Sol 30 last night before sleeping with a gap of about 30mins.
Middle of the night my nose was completely blocked. When I blew it, there was a considerable nosebleed that I had to run to the bathroom. Few minutes later my head was spinning like after too much drinking. This was worrying because I have not had nosebleeds in the last 10 years. Before that I had very frequent ones, until a homeopathic prescription completely healed it.
Other than that there was lesser pain in the throat - but this usually comes at night and it is morning right now so I cannot be sure.

No need to worry. The nosebleed was probably due to Merc Sol as this remedy covers this symptom strongly. You may have been proving it.
Wait for a week. Don't take any more dose for at least a week. Healing will start once the aggravation is over.
