I had nightfall again after six days..last two nightfall had taken place during afternoon..after i got up from afternoon sleep..should i stop chest nut..suggest something sir...

You can stop.you can have walnut ,cherry plum whitechest nut bach flower .2 drops each in two table spoon of water three times daily for one month .
