Aging

I'm working on a homeopathic facial mask for aging. Published evidence is minimal, and I want to get as educated as possible on the best homeopathic ingredients.

Which ones work best for you?

Thanks in advance!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There is no such thing in homoeopathy. Homoeopathy doesn't work this way at all. You can't force homoeopathy to work like orthodox medicine or herbal medicine.

Homoeopathy is ONE medicine at a time, taken internally, based on the whole picture of the person's disease/health. You cannot make a product and sell it to everyone. This is in fact the exact OPPOSITE of homoeopathy.

Such attempts to make homoeopathy into something else always fails, or worse causes serious side effects when used without applying any of the established principles.

I believe eastern medicine can work with modern means of drug delivery used in the west....and I'm working to prove it!

Homoeopathy isn't eastern medicine. It isn't anything like any other medical system at all. It is a dynamic, energetic medical system that rests entirely on the Law of Similars (what a substance can cause it can cure) and the Law of Individualization (remedy is selected for the individual on the basis of their peculiar experiences and characteristics). There is actually a lot more to the system - many more laws and principles that must be followed to get anything beneficial out of our medicines.

Do you know anything about homoeopathy?

Hi-

Homeopathy is not eastern medicine- it is a system
that follows the ancient healing law of "like cures Like"

When the body takes in a similar substance that is a
close match to the imbalance going on- the body will
reject that substance. It will raise the life force
to clear all imbalances and suppression of previous
imbalance from other medicines.

The matching similar also has to have the correct
amount of doses and potency, bc each person is different.

Seems you are focused on aging skin- and aging skin
can be a totally natural thing depending on your
genetic heritage.

Aging skin can also have other causes- which would be
unique to each person-someone could have liver problems,
another person could have a lot of sun damage, another
person could have a bad diet and each persons mental
and emotional state along with what makes them better
or worse is factored in- it is highly individual.

The homeopathic medicines that helped one person to
have skin improvement would do nothing for another person.

Thanks all for your feedback. And my apologies as it was indeed an incorrect assumption that it stems from the East. To be clear--you don't think there's one ingredient that could be given, in small amounts, to reverse signs of aging skin? Couldn't a principle of like cures like apply there (my guess is somewhere high up in the pathway of aging skin)? Thanks in advance for your comments.

The answer to that is no, there is not one ingredient. A homoeopathic medicine works on the vital force of the patient, healing it, strengthening it, so that it can discard any disease afflicting the patient. For it to do this, it must be matched as closely as possible to the overall pattern or picture the patient's symptoms create. This means different medicines will heal different patients. There is no universal answer to a specific problem in homoeopathy (or in any health system for that matter, regardless of their claims).

I would say No- it is simply the wrong system.

I would concentrate on herbs. I am in USA-
in the movie star zone- and what seems to go on
is some celebrity finds some new exotic herb or fruit that
no one ever heard of before and then they make
a zillion dollars on that for a couple years.

The only thing I see for the future, is using
your own stem cells, which seems to regenerate
everything. And the other is experiments with
giving old rats injections of young rats blood-
which is having "youthful effects"-

This is also what the high level athletes are doing
and aging rock stars.
