Hi Dr,

But after the operation and using the catheter.
I do not have any life in the penis.

I have a desire for the sex, but don't get erection and if i do. It is only for a few seconds.
Not long an off to do anything.

My GP says after this operation and using Catheter people get ED and I do not know.

GP says use Viagra 100mg every time before sex.
I do not want to use because of the side effects.

please help me with this so my Erectile Dysfunction and Erection Improves please.

And please suggest some thing for the scar tissue That I can use for long time so Scar Tissue do not recur again.
I do not have to use Catheter for rest of my life please help.

what's further advice please.

Erectile Dysfunction and Erection problems still the same.

I do get Erection with the Viagra.

But No Viagra no Erection.

My urologist tells me take pain killers and live my life.

Do Catheter 2x a week.

There is no medication for the scar tissue this.

Take viagra if I want to Have sex.

Hi Dr Simone,

1.Lower back pain,
Dull lower back pain.I am not sure if it is happening because of the catheter?

2.Bladder pain,
Just above the pubice born in the middle and i think it is a Bladder pain

3.Lower belly pain,
below the belly button around the bladder place, could it be the same pain I do not know?

4.Blood drops from catheter,
First of all I can urinate without using the catheter and I got no problem with that.
I am told by my urologist to use catheter x2 a week to stop recurring the urethra stricture scar tissue.

When I use catheter and when I pull it out Just at the end approx 4 Drops of blood. After that no Blood normal urine no other problems.

5.No Erection must use Viagra?
I get very little Erection and could not do anything with it.
Penis feel soft, If I use Vagaira I get Erection I can perform normal sex.

I am sorry.I think some time you don't pick this thread.

1.My first priority is a remedy that can help me,
So I don't have to use a Catheter x2 a week.

If you suggest me a remedy or remedies that can help even If I have to use it for a long time use please do.

I think If that can be sorted with your help. It might be the rest of the problems ease of as well.

2. About the Viagra,
I will use it as you advice. If I use Viagra then I don't have to Worry or think about the Erection One thing less to worry about.
