I agree that unresolved emotions cause physical illnesses and healing is possible only after forgiveness.
But 'forgiving' is not a very clear word. It's not only forgiving others, but most of all forgiving yourself.

Forgiveness start with you for you and then to forgive your inabilities to understand yourself, people, actions, moods, mistakes and so on.
We are here to learn, and it takes for most of us a life time to understand, that only I have been responsible for my life and no one else.
