How shall I space the 3 doses?

Sorry for the delay as always. I just gave her the first dose today. I will continue with the others in the days ahead and report back about changes (which I hope for in a positive direction. Her agitation and 'self expression' have been increasing). Thank you (and I haven't forgotten about posting about my other daughter, I've just been so caught up in packing for the move).

Okay, so I started giving her the doses, but she has another head cold going on right now and I was also giving her homeopathic medicine for that (Umcka Coldcare and Boiron Chestal). I'm concerned now that I may hvae negated the ignatia by giving the other homeopathic remedies as well (I wasn't really thinking about it at the time, those are just our 'go to' products for colds).

Just checking in to say that she is giving me a run for my money again.

Noteworthy changes have been that our move which was final as of last week. We are out of our old home and staying with family while we look for a new home. We also started her on daily antibiotics about two weeks ago to treat the high level of pneumonia (mycoplasma) antibodies in her blood based on the PANS theory. She is also scheduled to transition away from the hospital-based behavior therapy/school program and back to a (new) regular public school next week.

Obviously all of the above are stressful and big changes. That said, she is increasing in her panic attacks, contamination-related OCD symptoms, oppositional behavior and difficulty coping with minor upsets and unmet expectations. I would welcome suggestions.

Thank you, I suspected as much but did not want to move forward without your input. Shall I do three doses over 3 days as with last time?

An update to say that I'm not seeing a marked worsening of symptoms following dosing but I haven't seen any significant improvement either.

I am not sure how much is in response to her transitioning away from the hospital based anxiety program; how much is a reaction to the move and/or transitioning to a new school, how much is a result to inflammation in her system caused by a virus that she seems to have, etc.

In any case, her OCD symptoms seem to be subtly increasing again and her panic episodes as increasing again as well (almost daily at this point)

Yes, I am planning to place an order for the top 3 remedies that you recommended for my son (just in case they are needed over time) and already added the ignatia 200c to the list for my oldest. I am waiting to hear what you suggest for my middle one (posted her information today). No rush of course, I just need to meet a minimum to place an order so I will wait to do it all at once. I should receive the remedies within a few days of placing the order.

I'm just checking in to say thank you for the remedy recommendation for my younger daughter, I dosed her yesterday. I also wanted to reconnect about my older daughter (this thread). I haven't given her anything since the above dose back in late September/early October. I would say that she has been backsliding in some areas over the past several weeks.

Her nighttime routine is still going fairly well, although we are seeing resistance to getting up and moving in the morning and 'crises' that seem to pop up and prevent her from being able to get ready and out the door for scheduled events (e.g. I'll tell her to go up and get dressed and find that instead she has crawled back into bed. Then she cannot find pants. Then she can't find anything to wear. Then her hair doesn't look right. All the while she is in varying degrees of screaming/acting out/passively resisting).

We are seeing increased screaming/tantrums throughout the day and for what should be minor things. These are accompanied by her trying to intimidate/act tough/cruel with her parents and siblings.

Her OCD symptoms are increasing once again (fear of contamination, things not looking 'just right,' etc.

She was on antibiotics for about 6 weeks to address the PANS symptoms/high pneumonia antibodies in her blood. This has resulted in her teeth becoming discolored. She has also been experiencing her two front teeth chipping with no apparent cause (this has happened 3 times in the last 6 months or so-she'll just find a chipped piece of tooth in her mouth).

Her upper respiratory symptoms are returning (sneezing accompanied by profuse clear, thick discharge). I mention this in part because I think that there is a relationship between her UR symptoms, the PANS infection, and her behaviors.

Any thoughts or suggestions about continued dosing are appreciated.
