fever, cold... pls help

Hi guys,

please help ,

My father is suffering from fever, from yesterday,
yesterday fever was 102
and he is feeling fever,cold,pain in body, ...
either , these are happening to weather changes.
also, today he went for test for malaria also.

please suggest good medicines

reply soon.

and my mother is also having fever , but now it is ok, but fever ,cold.is there issue..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give your father Dulcamara 200 and Rhus Tox 200 twice a day for 3 days. Please keep a gap of one hour between Dulcamara and Rhus Tox.

just to share with you, as you know, my father test report came now,

no malaria
But
tafad (Tafil) 2 is positive
2 is negative, actually we don't know about this, tomorrow he will go to the doctor.

But, he is pain in the body, fever, cold,
