I am on long vacation.
As i said earlier for cold with sinus with small polyps on nose.
again i am facing same like earlier like heavy cold and blocking my nose cannot able to take breath properly.can you please suggest me.

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.
1. Describe your main suffering?
A)I am suffering from sinus with small polyps on nose, with this i am always get cold and uncomfortable to take breathing. some time headache will come on front side and back
side of head, and when i bent head down towards front side also i will get headache.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
A)i feel weak when i get cold.
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
A)i don't have any mental sufferings.
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
A)i feel irritate in things and doing any work.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
A)this problem is started before 7 to 8 years before, same problem is continuing till now.
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
A)it depends on the situation, based on work and health situation is bad means at that time i fell uncomfortable.
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
A)i will try to take citizen tablet which i can cure some cold and i get relief a little bit but still i can't able to cure completely.
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
A)No not like menses only i feel head ache and body pains a little bit not more then that changes in my body.
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
A) Except cold wheather remaining seasons i feel better.
10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
A)Iam Quite person.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
i can't concentrate on things and i will be always irritate with that sound.
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
A)i am always consoled with my tough times.
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
A)i am sensitive like noise.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
A)weeping, talking to one self etc?
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
A)i feel comfortable when iam with my family.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
A)i often get dream but not regularly.
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
A)i prefer every thing but milk products i don't like mainly butter and curd.
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
A)Normal.
14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
A)Normal
15. Is there any kind of food which your body cant stand?
A)No nothing like that.
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
A)Normal
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
A)some times i will go with tiet stool,some times i will get pain.
18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
A)i will sleep on right side or left side but not particular on one side.
19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
A)Yes
20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
A)nothing like that, iam a normal person
21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
A)i take medicines but those medicines get only temparory relife from cold and headache but not perminent, so i will same problem after the medication.
22. What major diseases are running in your family?
A)General problems but my mother also facing problem with sinus like me, but she only suffering fro heavy cold but not like headache.
23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
A)I am a tall person, with normal personality.

Sorry Yamuna I was tied at home front and I thought you have withdrawn(your looong absence),
Please take three doses of Pulsatilla 200 with a gap of 12 hrs.Kali phos to continue.Have you shown it to ENT what exactly is it?Pl get it properly diagnosed so that line of thinking is clear for me.

Thank you for replying, i am on long vacation due to that reason i can't able to login. yes i have shown earlier before 4 to 5 months before. i have a polyps in my nose because of that i can't able to take breath properly and i always suffering with cold. now i am suffering with cold and my left nose is blocking,which it is uncomfortable to take breath.
