ARS ALB and CAUSTICUM are close in their action. In the Materia Medica, Ars Alb is given as a remedy that can be thought of an an alternative to Causticum.
Possibly, Causticum has interacted negatively with Ars Alb.
Later you may repeat ARS ALB in 200C potency once and see if it helps.

Thanks for giving the information. I want to know abt few more things:
Is this dark spots only because of two anti-working drugs and not because of metal?
Do u think ARS is my constitutional remedy?
What abt other remedies which I am taking to cure my other diseases can I take them after taking ARS - like causticum, I was taking lycopodium & arnica for hair fall.
I would be grateful for giving your valuable time to me.

I feel Causticum has somehow antidoted Ars Alb so the dark spots have come back. However, these dark spots have not originated because of any remedy. Possibly, your skin is reacting to metal being in contact, which is again something to do with your response to environment.
I don't know your constitutional remedy. After ARS ALB you can take ARNICA and LYCOPODIUM. I won't recommend CAUSTICUM as this has antidoted ARS ABL apparently. So, don't take a chance again.

I'll take 1 dose of ARS ALB as you suggested earlier and for metal reaction on my skin what we can do, pls advice.
do you think Graphite will be good for me as it compliments all three ARS, LYCO & CAUST?
If not, Instead of Caust, which remedy you find more suitable to me for vocal cord paralysis (I bite my tongue & lower lips many times a day & my voice has become hoarse).

I want to take arnica & lycopodium for hair fall as it start falling again.
I've taken ARS 3 days back & it has no effect till now on dark spots even itching started again.

It's being more than 12 days I had taken ARS there is no changes in dark spots, pls advice what u have next for me. Thank u.

Few months ago I wore a pendant and I got itching over the chest, after 2-3 days there were dark spots near chest, underarms and around neck and I took off that pendant(May be it was made of copper/iron or nickle) the itching was gone but the dark spots are still there and sometimes it itches.
As u prescribed I've taken ARS 200 once abt 1 month ago but not much improvement. Now, I've taken lyco 30 for hairfall & backpain.
