Did any of your symptoms, looking over the list I posted, get worse before they got better?

Evocationer 9 years ago
As far as I remember- no.
I just took the second dose as you suggested.
But today since morning my gums were a bit sensitive (it is night here).

bissi 9 years ago
So it is 5 days since I took the second dose as you suggested.
I have been having sensitvity in my gums since then (I mentioned in the previous post that before taking the dose, there was sensitivity as well on that day).
I am also noticing bad breath in my mouth in the mornings when I wake up.

bissi 9 years ago
So what changes have you noticed, compared to prior to the 2nd dose?

Evocationer 9 years ago
Honestly no change that I could notice. There is bad breath in my mouth when I wake up, but I think this was there before the 2nd dose as well.
What do you advise?

bissi 9 years ago
Did you obtain Nux-vom 1M?

Evocationer 9 years ago
I will have to buy it online. The stores I checked only carry 30 and 200X which I have with me already.
I can only buy the pills form. The shipping will take about a week. What would you like me to do?

bissi 9 years ago
In the meantime repeat 200c, but hit the bottle 20 times.

You will need a bottle and dropper to make up the liquid dose if you have to buy the dry pellets.

Evocationer 9 years ago
Will take the 200c today, and will order the 1M

The update is this:
I have felt little or no sensitivity in my gums after the 3rd dose.
For looseness of teeth, gingivitis, and inflammation of gums : I do not know how to detect.
I have also started using a tooth powder which seems to be helping as well.
What is the next course of action?
Thanks!

Give me an update again, just as before, with percentages, so I can compare the result of the last dose.

Sensitivity of gums
Bleeding of gums
Looseness of teeth
Swelling of gums
Sensation of scratches on gums
Pain in teeth on eating hard food

Feel stress and pain in heart when thinking of this problem
Worry about loved ones and when you will see them
Feeling mentally violent when seeing people being lazy
Fear of heights
Fear of losing loved ones
Perfectionism
Always trying to find solutions and ways to cope
Making mountains out of molehills
Selfishness, wanting everything for yourself
Anger and impatience
Trying to get everything done sooner (hurry?)

Anxious dreams as if something is gong to happen
Dreams of being trapped
Dreams of being hit or hitting your father

Eating frequently/worse from being hungry
Aggravation from strong sunlight

here you go.. less means decreased by this much % than last week. more means increased by this much % than last week.

Sensitivity of gums : less 75%
Bleeding of gums : less 75%
Looseness of teeth : not sure how to detect
Swelling of gums: not sure how to detect
Sensation of scratches on gums : less 50%
Pain in teeth on eating hard food : less 25%. Instead of pain I have sensitivity ON my teeth though (not on gums). This was aggravated after my last dentist visit and first Nux Vomica dose.

Feel stress and pain in heart when thinking of this problem : less 80%
Worry about loved ones and when you will see them : more 20%
Feeling mentally violent when seeing people being lazy : more 20%
Fear of heights : did not try
Fear of losing loved ones : more 20%
Perfectionism : more 20%
Always trying to find solutions and ways to cope : more 20%
Making mountains out of molehills : same
Selfishness, wanting everything for yourself : same
Anger and impatience : same
Trying to get everything done sooner (hurry?) : same

Anxious dreams as if something is gong to happen : more 20%
Dreams of being trapped :same
Dreams of being hit or hitting your father : none lately

Eating frequently/worse from being hungry : more 20%
Aggravation from strong sunlight : same

Actually that is a confusing way to give the follow up. What I need you to do is give the improvement as compared to how you were BEFORE you took the remedy, so I can compare it to the last assessment to see which direction things are moving in.

Evocationer 9 years ago
Sorry for the confusion. Do you mean a comparison before the first dose and now? Then it is:

Sensitivity of gums : less 50%
Bleeding of gums : less 75%
Looseness of teeth : not sure how to detect
Swelling of gums: not sure how to detect
Sensation of scratches on gums : less 50%
Pain in teeth on eating hard food : less 75%. However instead of pain I have sensitivity ON my teeth though (not on gums). This was aggravated after my last dentist visit and first Nux Vomica dose.

Yes a comparison between now and the time before the first dose. That way I can see the overall progress, and I can still compare the two assessments to see what has changed between first and second round of treatment.

Evocationer 9 years ago
That is what I have in my last post..

Small update on looseness of teeth:

Looseness of teeth : same. maybe more 20%
Swelling of gums: not sure how to detect

Pain in teeth on eating hard food : less 75%. However instead of pain I have sensitivity ON my teeth though (not on gums). This was aggravated after my last dentist visit and first Nux Vomica dose.

Please advice for next steps.

Also the scratches on my teeth have increased in past two or three days. I'd correct the list above to 'more 50%' rather than 'less 50%'.
Sorry for the confusion! This was the last correction!

bissi 9 years ago
Alright there are a fair few symptoms that have not budged. I would be happy to move to 1M now based on that report - some progress but certainly not enough. First assumption is that the potency was not deep enough.

Prepare the liquid dose and take it exactly as you did for the first dose of 200c.

Evocationer 9 years ago
Okay. I can do that.

I am worried why the problem keeps coming back and forth. Some days I don't have any discomfort, and then some days the gums feel bad. This worries me for how can I know without going to the dentist what my progress is?

Just curious if you had the dental treatment of having the gums treated
by the dentist or not.

simone717 9 years ago
I had a cleaning which the dentist prescribed as the 'regular cleaning' at the same time I had my first dose which Evocationer recommended. The problem keeps coming back and forth though..

bissi 9 years ago
You are beyond gingivitis- teeth cleaning
is not going to help. You need to see
a periodontist and have them do
special scraping under the gum line to
get rid of plaque and infection. And
whatever else they tell you is needed.

Homeopathic remedies are not going
to clean off plaque - homeopathy cannot
take the place of regular teeth cleaning
and you might be a person that needs
teeth cleaning every 3 months.PERIODONTITIS
Untreated gingivitis can advance to periodontitis. With time, plaque can spread and grow below the gum line. Toxins produced by the bacteria in plaque irritate the gums. The toxins stimulate a chronic inflammatory response in which the body in essence turns on itself, and the tissues and bone that support the teeth are broken down and destroyed. Gums separate from the teeth, forming pockets (spaces between the teeth and gums) that become infected. As the disease progresses, the pockets deepen and more gum tissue and bone are destroyed. Often, this destructive process has very mild symptoms. Eventually, teeth can become loose and may have to be removed.

There are many forms of periodontitis. The most common ones include the following.

Aggressive periodontitis occurs in patients who are otherwise clinically healthy. Common features include rapid attachment loss and bone destruction and familial aggregation.
Chronic periodontitis results in inflammation within the supporting tissues of the teeth, progressive attachment and bone loss. This is the most frequently occurring form of periodontitis and is characterized by pocket formation and/or recession of the gingiva. It is prevalent in adults, but can occur at any age. Progression of attachment loss usually occurs slowly, but periods of rapid progression can occur.
Periodontitis as a manifestation of systemic diseases often begins at a young age. Systemic conditions such as heart disease, respiratory disease, and diabetes are associated with this form of periodontitis.
Necrotizing periodontal disease is an infection characterized by necrosis of gingival tissues, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone. These lesions are most commonly observed in individuals with systemic conditions such as HIV infection, malnutrition and immunosuppression.

Okay, I will visit one soon. However I was looking for a supplemental homeopathic medicine to aid in recovery..

bissi 9 years ago
Hi- I know that and Evocationer is
helping you with that part-but the
physical treatment by the periodontist
is needed at this stage.
