my cough is not getting controlled even with hepar sulpher 200, it is dry cough, and yesterday I tried ayurvedic medicines also but not much benefit, so at night as I was not able to sleep, so I recalled that lycopodium has worked good when cough started + I also confirmed from materia medica and found it to be a very good remedy for various types of cough and after taking lycopodium 200 at night I found the expectoration started happening !!! but the only problem with lyco is that it intensifies sexual excitement and does not provide power much, and increases sleep, but if lycopodium 200 is taken before sleeping then it will bring sleep and sexual excitement will only happen in the morning which can be controlled by the morning dose of hepar sulph 200, so in a way I might have to take 3 medicines 1. hepar sulhper in the morning or Calcarea Carb in the morning and then hepar and lyco 200 at night !!! and I can stop lyco if there is no cough !!! what do you think ?

yesterday the cough was not coming under control, so I decided to take lycopodium 200 and within 30 minutes I fell asleep after multiple expectorations, morning there was no cough, but only hightened sexual excitement, so I took china 30 but not to much avail and then I took hepar suph 200 and the sexual excitement vanished but cough started again. what do you suggest ? is there another choice ?

From your posts I am very much confident that you are a patient of argentum nitricum.
Please consider taking arg nit in 1m potency single dose only.
Or consider in 200 potency wet dose (daily 1 dose).

I have heard this from a local homeo dealer that many doctors recommend argentum nitricum 1 M single dose and then continue with some other medicine, anyways, what my fear is that 1 M is a very high potency, and nobody ever has recommended such a high potency to me !!! and I have seen some medicines causing some unwanted side-effects, possibly because they were not perfect remidies for me, now I have experienced that every potency has its own special effect on my body ! so I was thinking that if I have to start with argentum nitricum, why not start with the 200 potency because if any sideeffect happens then the damage would be controllable, but if 1M potency causes a side effect it might be very harmful !!! so is it possible that I may take the 1 M potency after seeing the effect of 200 potency !!!? secondly please tell the method to take wet dose ! and should I start this after curing my cough with lyco 200 or can arg nit 200 can also cure my cough ???

You are considering homeopathy as being like allopathy, where different medicine are required to cure different issues. In homeopathy this is not the case. We look into central disturbance, and prescribe on the basis of it.
There is nothing like Gels for flu, nux for stomach issues, caladium for smoker, hyper-sulf for cough and lyco for impotency.
What I can feel from your posts arg nit 1m is your medicine, rest is your choice.
You may find anormious posts on how to prepare wet dose, especially you may find 'Joe' posts on preparation of wet dose. Google it 'Joepathy'

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
My question - Does the bottle need to be shaked 6 times before every dose i.e, once in a day for me or is it only for the first time when preparing the wet medicine ?

I want to share this with you ! I had tried a similar technique posted by one person on this website. The technique is this - Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules or 2-4 drops of the medicine you received from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.
Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).
Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.
This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.
I used this technique for Calcarea Carb 200, but it clearly seemed that the amount of original medicine in this technique turned out to be very minimal, so it just used to show sharper effect only for few minutes and then used to subside, not relieving me from symptoms, so I started using CALCAREA CARB 200 in the normal indian method, in which the liquid dilution drops are poured on sugar globules till they absorb them and around 4 globules are taken as a single dose, so this one worked better for me !!! now the technique which I shared here is a bit different from joetherapy so possibly that could be the reason of its failure !!! Now my doubt is this - if GOD forbidden the wet dose fails or is less effective then should I not try the dry dose or the traditional indian method which is popular everywhere in india ?

Don't expect the effect of medicine in a day or two. You might have to continue it for at least 15 days to see a positive effect.

Now I am not a homeopathic doctor and though I try but still I have not been able to understand how you came to conclusion that ARGENTUM NITRICUM is the remedy for me ? as I tried to read materia medica and could not find much words in it which could say that it is the best suited remedy for me !!! So if you don't mind then can you send me the words which indicate that ARGENTUM NITRICUM is the remedy for me !

WOW !!! Really interesting !!! this book by Dr. Bailey - homeopathic psychology !!! Damn Amazing !!! I have never read of book of psychology !!! And I found the keen, close study of the individual's mind really very very intersting !!! I am so happy to see that homeopathy can be so closly observative !!! Unfortunately !!! I could not find sankaran's ' soul of remedies ' online except one half page about argentum nitricum !!! Secondly, I took my first dose of arg nit 200 today wet, but before that yesterday I had taken 4 doses SAC LAC 30 and one dose of Calcarea Carb 200 and woke up at around 12:30 in afternoon, and after taking my breakfast - the parantha flavoured of DDT - the pesticide !!! I also chewed SUPARI, I think it is called betelnut ! After a 30 minutes or so I felt strong sexual sensation in sex organs, so I decided to take Arg Nit 200 wet, so I took it and it could not control excitement, so I ended up jerking again, and after that I started feeling sleepy again ! Now ! this could be the natural side-effect of ejaculation, as it is a common observation with most of the MALES who have been born on the planet earth !!! But it is a fact of life that we need to remain awake in daytime and not sleep, so again I was forced to take CALCAREA CARB 200 in globules and thank GOD it again worked and releaved me greatly of the sleep, ( I am also taking ELTROXIN 50 mcg because of hypothyroidism ), but I have experienced that this time when cough has attacked me after a long time, possibly because of the side effect of taking SEPIA 30 or thyroidinum 30 or caladium 30 or even taking CALCAREA CARB 200, NOW this cough problem started when I had started taking sepia 30 alongwith thyroidinum 30, so I don't know which one of these is the culprit, anyways so whenever I have taken thyroidinum in any potency after that, it has given my cough, caladium has given me cough and now I am experiencing that calcarea carb is also increasing my cough, but unfortunately I have not been able to find an alternative of CALCAREA CARB 200 !!! Dear Mani jee ! Though you have already told me that I should only confine myself to the effect of only one remedy and I respect you as a DOCTOR OF HOMEOPATHY, you would sure be knowing HOMEOPATHY like a doctor only !!! but what can I do about the multiple problems which I am facing nowadays ( earlier also ! ) So 3 problems main 1. Dear newindian: every individual has multiple health issues, but homeopathy deals in single remedy for an individual that is called indivisualization.
You understood homeopathy wrongly and you might damage your health.
The cough which is coming time and again have to do witb your lungs, and I am afraid that you have done some serious mischief with your lungs and your health would deterioate further if you didn't stop taking multiple remedies for each issues.
Go through homeo pshycology, you would find valuable info.
Homeo science is not easy anx self prescribing even for homeopath himself is very dangerious.
Decision is yours :-(

today I took one dose of arg nit 200, and experienced that the whole day I had to struggle with sleepiness, and weakness in legs at night after a little argument with my wife ! so I am really scared of ARG. NIT 200, so I bought ARG NIT 30 today !!! so what do you suggest ? should I give one chance to 30 now ??

one very important observation ! On other days I used to take Calcarea Carb 200 one dose a day, eltroxin 50 mcg, and other remedy as per symptoms, but today I started my day with arg nit 200 as per your advice !!! and after masturbation, I started feeling very sleepy so I had to go for CALCAREA CARB 200, but the effect was very shortlived so I had to go for 1 dose of NATRUM SULPHURICUM 3X, but this also lasted very short !!! then again I decided to take another dose of Cal Carb, and eltroxin and it again gave me a short-lived strength ! so does it clearly indicate that ARG NIT was a wrong choice ???

arg nit was not a wrong choice at all. I won't recommend it in 30. If you take any medicine, it will show its effect, during that time you need to stay calm.
The weakness of legs was due to excessive masturbation you have been doing and sleepiness is not something you need to worry much about. Its not something that you need remedy readily for such symptoms.
Stay calm and use arg nit 200 once daily in wet dose. Avoid taking any other medicine on single symptom arosal.

I am Imran From Karachi Pakistan. 46 Yr old having type 2 diabities for the last 12 years. Taking insulin (humalog miz 25) along with neodipar 2 gram each day. I am having serious issues of impotency, erectyle disinfecion, low libidio, My wait is 90kg and my hight is 5'7'. Almost zero erection, and the tool is getting smaller and smaller with passage of time. Would appreciate if you seek remedy for my problem, I will be grateful to you,
