Homeopathy to boost childs immune system: 3 year old girl

This past month has been a terrible one health wise for my 3 kids. My 3 year old daughter had a fever. The dr said she had an inflammed throat. Her tonsils were red, like they had little red veins all over. After giving her Belladona her fever stopped and she was all over better. Her tonsils remained red but the dr said she'll recover on her own in time. It's over a week later and last night she woke up with a high fever , her whole body red and burning. I gave her belladona but her sleep was so restless and she was talking and crying. Her fever went up and down. She even vomited a tiny bit of her lunch (12 hours later). She ate a little today and woke up cheerful. I can see her throat inflamed.

She is generally cheerful, even when she is burning up, if you talk to her gently she will smile. Very strange fever, started 2 weeks ago due to inflammed tonsils, stopped after a few days (thanks to belladona) 5 days later 40celcius on sleeping, belladona and the next day maybe only once and then 5 days after that the same thing.
She ate well today, occassionally has a low grade fever

update: We just got back from the dr. Her throat/tonsils are very inflamed, no pus.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give her one dose of Bell 200c and report back.

I gave her Belladona 200c, as you suggested in the previous post and she doesn't have a fever. Her tonsils are red.

rania1403 last decade
What changes have you observed after the dose.

fitness last decade
She is happy, her behavior and appetite are normal. This was the case the previous time too.

rania1403 last decade
Once she is fine for a full week, then update me and we will figure out her constitutional.

Repeat Bell 200c if there is a reversal of symptoms.

OK, thanks!

She is fine for a week. No fever at all, no new episodes, cheerful and has an appetite.
Nasal discharge is 70% better. Her nose is not runny and she doesn't blow it. It runs if she cries and only sometimes has the sniffles.
She still has a mild cough (60% better), which I believe is caused by phlegm. She doesn't cough it up though
She wants to be hugged and consoled, mostly by me, seeks my attention and confirmation of my love and affection. Always complains that her siblings leave her out when playing.
Likes sweets, likes to be warm in bed.
Her tonsils still appear to have red streaks, not as much as before, but there is no pain at all.

She had the blood test done for strep antibodies which came back positive (above normal) and a swab taken and culture done. Because it was her 1st year in preschool the dr said that she is sensitive and probably the one infecting the others. Antibiotics will most likely be subscribed, which I do not want to give her, therefore seek your help.

Depending on symptoms we may repeat Bell 200 on 8th. Please update me then and we will decide.

I'd advise against antibiotics but you have the final say based on how she is feeling & looking.

On 8th of February you mean?

Yes.

She has a runny/blocked nose again. She sniffles but can't really blow it. Her throat is red and tonsils have the same discolaration as they did. She snores a little when she sleeps. She is worse that she was the previous days. Still cheerful but you can tell she has a stuffy nose when she speaks.
I got her Strep antibody test back. Normal was under 200 and she has 1264!

Give a dose of Bell 200 and report back.

Her throat and tonsils are still red but 30% better. She still slightly has a runny nose and snores.

Repeat the dose.

I repeated the dose a few days ago. Still the same, so I took her and the strep results to the dr. I was reading about strep and its complications and thought I should discuss it with him too. Even though he knows I use homeopathic remedies and has no problem with it ( some doctors are so negative) he explained the complications and due to the high blood test results and positive swab he suggested taking antibiotics to be on the safe side. I have been contemplating this all this time and decided to give them to her. The complications of untreated and persistent strep scared me.

You should have gotten the strep results again to decide if antibiotics were needed or not. I think you rushed into it. Anyways, its your choice.

Another swab test was done 4 days ago ( no blood test), because the throat was still red. It's been inflamed for a month now.

rania1403 last decade
What was the swab test result.

fitness last decade
Streptococcus puogenes 10000000 ccu/ ml. It's the same as 2 weeks ago.
Unfortunately as of this evening she has a fever. She appears fine but her hands are freezing.

Hello again!
An update on her condition and a NEW symptom as of last night:
All this time her sniffles/nasal discharge have not gone away. Her cough still sounds loose, with phlegm. Her throat is better but her tonsils remain the same. We have not gone to the dr for the check up and repeat of the Strep test. She finished the antibiotic course 4 days ago.
Her NEW symptom, as of last night is an inflammed ear. She woke up at around 1, very fussy. She was tossing and turning, until she finally complained about a sore ear. I checked it and it was a little red. I didn't know what to do so I gave her a dose of Belladona 200. She slept again, in my bed. I woke her up this morning for school and she seemed fine. I checked her ear and all the canal and eardrum are extremely red!!! It's her right ear and she says it doesn't hurt and seems cheerful.
What should I do?

rania1403 last decade
You should have gone to her doctor again if it was not resolved after the last day of antibiotics, seems like a lingering infection which requires further antibiotics. You can't leave it halfway.

I took her to the dr today. He said that she does indeed have an ear infection and should take antibiotics for this. I asked him if we should repeat the strep test and he believes it is not necessary and that with the 10 day course of antibiotics which she took she doesn't have a problem. The new course would be for the ear. After her belladonnna dose she has no pain. She hasn't complained at all, all day, has no fever and is in a good mood. The ear is still bright red but not worse. The left ear which was also a little red has not become worse. I would like to try to resolve it with homeopathy if possible.

rania1403 last decade
I hate to sound I told you so but didn't I say that you are rushing for antibiotics?

Now the immune system is compromised and symptoms are messed up. I hope we can find the true symptoms to prescribe accurately based on them. Anyways.

Give another dose of Bell 200c if at least 12 hrs have passed and report back.

I'd also recommend that you get in touch a with a homeopath physically in your area and pay up the consultation fee and maybe then you will take him seriously.

I used to go to a homeopath for almost 2 years. He would make me come in every 3 weeks at the beginning and then every month. Each visit would cost me 70 euros!! I felt that he was taking advantage of me and the total sum I paid was rediculous. Unfortunately he was the only one in my area, but fees where the same else where too.
I do take homeopathy seriously and when it comes to me I am not afraid to risk it, even though I may not see improvement. I have given homeopathic remedies to my children over the past years with great success, but when there is no significant improvement and the doctor insists and my husband may worry too, because I am not alone when it comes to making decisions on my child's health, I question my decision, hoping for the best.
