Very Old Anxiety/Depression

Hi , I am 39 yrs old and suffering fro depression and anxiety for the last 24 yrs but coping with it somehow by taking various medications. I am always looking for some help related to my cure as I am concerned about my lifestyle as well as dependency on drugs.
Some background of how this depression started.
My Dad had a history of depression and he passed away with it. I was a boy with a weak stomach and nervous system since childhood. Used to have OCD's ,shyness and antisocial attitude. growing up I realized that I feel anxiety meeting with new people and usually get butterflies in my stomach when someone told me to go and meet someone, this anxiety increased to a level where I would get so much pressure in my abdomen that I would pass gas and stool. This situation disrupted my life so much that I almost avoided going out to reduce anxiety. During this time I developed depression associated with indigestion, acid reflux, insomnia, tiredness, loss of interest in everything, muscle aches, lack of sexual desires. This condition carried on and I used a lot of anti depressants . Long story short I am now taking Effexor XR 75 mg for the last 8 yrs and doing well but I still feel tired , have muscle aches , insomnia , acidity and indigestion. Please help me to get rid of this medicine as it is very hard to discontinue due to severe withdrawl symptoms.
Thank you

Please take LYCOPODIUM 200C two doses half an hour apart first thing in the morning on a weekend. Sleep for another two hours after taking the dose.

Take the doses in empty stomach and don't take any food or water for the next two hours.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in 10 ml of water sipped up slowly.

If this potency creates a response, let me know after a week.

Hi rishimba , Do I have to repeat this procedure everyday for a week or just once on weekend and report back after a week. Please clarify
Thanks

Eshaal last decade
You have to take the remedy only on a single day. Wait and watch your response.

If the response is positive, you can repeat the dose whenever you feel you are deteriorating or the improvements have stopped mid-way.

If there is no response, take one dose of Lycopodium 1M on a single day early morning.

If you don't get this remedy in liquid form, you can take 2 pellets under the tongue as one dose. Don't bite or swallow.

rishimba last decade
So if the response is positive ,Is there a proper usage and adminitration instructions? because i don't get it when you say ' you can repeat the dose whenever you feel you are deteriorating or the improvements have stopped mid-way'.
Thank you

Eshaal last decade
The remedies are taken in empty stomach and clean mouth. They are not swallowed but left in the mouth to get absorbed for as long as possible.

Don't take any food or water one hour before or after taking the doses.

Avoid coffee, mint, onion and garlic or any strong aromatic perfume on the day you have taken the dose.

This was the administration part.

How to know remedy is showing response?

Your sleep will be better, some of your physical symptoms will gradually improve, mentally you will feel healthier and energetic, your anxiety and depression will reduce, overall you will feel better in a weeks time.

When to repeat the remedy?

When all the above improvements seem to enter into a plateau or go down-hill.

When to go for next higher potency?

When repeating the dose doesn't produce any change in the level of health.

All this is applicable only when you see an initial response to Lycopodium. If not, we may have to look for an alternative remedy.

rishimba last decade
Lets suppose it works and I feel better , so what is the interval between remedy intake?
I mean everyday , once a week etc ?

whoami last decade
You are the best to decide when to repeat. It is entirely upto your response.

How do I know how long the remedy will hold? It could be one week or 10 days or even 15 days.

But, I will I warn you not to take this remedy on a regular basis. It will make you insensitive in the long run.

Best is to take one dose of a higher potency and go higher each time you relapse.

Hi rishimba, I got it now, thanks for the clarification.

Hi rishimba, just want to know that what is Kali Phos used for?
And one more inquiry Are you a homoepathy doctor?

Eshaal last decade
Eshaal, Homeopathic remedies are suggested after matching their essence or the disease picture with that of the patient. There is no specific disease for which any particular remedy is ear-marked.

Please read Materia Medica of Kali Phos to get its various symptoms and its disease picture.

Now, regarding your second question let me say I am a qualified homeopathic physician but I don't earn my bread and butter from it. I work in a country where homeopathy is banned, so I practice it online to be in touch with it. I am also an oil and gas professional and work in the middle east in this sector.

Nice to hear that and thanks for your conformation. I was asking because I see some people using the combination of Kali Phos in their remedy as well.so just wanted to get some info from you as you have studied homeopathy and certainly know more than I do.

Thanks

Try LYCOPODIUM 1M single dose and then wait for a week to see if there is a response.

In case 1M potency doesn't work, we will have to change remedy. For the time being, don't take any other remedy or allopathic medicine that might interfere with lycopodium.

Thx Rishimba , I have to order 1M which will take a week or so.I am also taking Effexor XR 75 mg but nowadays I am in the process of cutting it down.
