After reading the messages on this site, I started taking Nat Phos 6X 2 Tab twice daily after my meals. Its since 2 weeks that I am on Nat Phos. But I havent found any change in my weight.

Do I need to wait for a month to see the desired results?

The success rate that I have observed for Nat Phos 6x (Biochemic) is better than 90%. You may be one of those who are not helped by the remedy as in 2 weeks you should have noticed some reduction of your weight.

This remedy is extremely shy and will not work if you take coffee and cola drinks and preserved meats that contain saltpeter.

Also please note that any drugs that you may be using for other ailments will also antidote the remedy.

You must also cooperate by eating less and exercising more to burn up the extra fat.

I understand. I usually avoid coffee. On an average its just half a cup pe day. I'll stop it totally.

As far as eating less is concerned. I take 1 chapati for Breakfast, 1 idli for lunch & 2 Chapatis for dinner with sabji or dal.

Though I have observed minor chane in my weight but not substantial. It may be that I am expecting rather fast action

Is that what you normally eat? Eating tiny amounts will just slow your metabolism down. Eat the 'right. amount.

Excersize is the one thing you really need. You don't need to run a marathon, but go for a walk when you can. Learn to fidget!

Thanx a LOT for replies. One thing I would like to know is that this week is my pre menstural week whn usually there is weight gain. Is this the reason why I am not observing significant weight loss even if I am taking Nat Phos 6X

In addition to whatever medicine you take, please take 1 table-spoon of lemon juice in a little water, sweetened if you are fussy about taste, 3 times daily, if it does not disagree with you stomach.

Thanks a Lot. Then its quite easy, othrws in ofc its difficult to get warm water. Just one more question have u ever tested it in the sense has anyone tried this before?

It is the prescription of the famous English homeopath, Dr. John Henry Clarke. I have tried it on my relations. This is useful along with proper regimen-diet control and exercise and any medicines that you may be taking for obesity.
