Nd the more i give pressure on my index,thumb,middle&baby fingers,the more it becomes weak,nd the elbow becomes weak,nd pinchy type.

Buy Mag Phos 1M and keep it. Do not take it without asking me. Buy a bottle or get it made from homeopathic pharmacy in the smallest bottle. Either way.

Sir when i went to buy silicea6x,then a doc at that homeo pharmacy told me that silicea is not a nerve remedy,IS IT? Is this correct remedy sir?

Ruta 30
Buy a small mineral or spring water bottle, around 250 ml in size. Normally you will find it in a convenience store marketed as a kid's mineral water or something.
Empty 25% of water, so that bottle has 75% of water left.
Pour 2 drops/5 pills of the remedy in the bottle. Let them dissolve on their own.
Give the bottle 8 hard hits; this is done by holding the bottle in your right hand and hitting the bottom of the bottle against your left hand 8 times. Take out one capful of water and drink. This is one dose.
Take a dose every 2 hours for total 6 times in a day ( 6 doses ). Update me tomorrow.
If you r unable to hit, ask somebody to do it.

Oh! You can't find a small mineral water bottle in your city. In that case, use any small bottle that you have, fill it with water that you drink and follow the process. Taking medicine directly on the tongue is not useful in your case, so please don't do that. Taking remedies in water makes them many times more effective than taking them dry. Look at this case, where a similar dosing method was followed using a bottle. This patient is now on the road to recovery:

This is probably coming from your neck, with a pinched nerve in the neck
shoulder area that controls the wrist and fingers.
What would help out here is to get a Shiatsu massage or if you cannot
find a person trained in that , get an acupressure massage, it is worth
it to try this , as they will unblock the neck, and shoulder and the
energy will be able to flow thru to your hands again.
People do this type thing all the time in the gym due to wrong positions
in exercise.

Hey simone,bt i hav no pain in my neck,but vry often i used to feel weakness in my forearm extending to shoulder area, nd there is also muscle tightness in fingers,at some point i also thought it is pinch nerve,IS IT REALLY PINCHED NERVE?

Nerves that are blocked ( not necessarily 'pinched') can show
a problem ANYWHERE- along the nerve. So one does not
feel pain at the start point, which can be very confusing.
Think of it like a house wired up with the electric system-
The lights in one room can go out due to a fuse not working
in the main circuit.
You are not having nerve flow to the hand- those nerves
that supply the forearm and hand have their base in
the neck and upper vertebrae and they run thru the shoulder
down into the arm and hand.
Have you had an x ray or an mri of the area?
If you get a massage and get relief it will be obvious,
or get physical therapy from someone who is experienced.

I hav done MRI of brain,nd x ray of spinal,nt found anything,bt nt done anything at neck or shoulder,elbow,since 3 mnth i have been doing physical threpy also bt no relief,Can med cure it simone?

Zady,as i told i found 10% improvement in my prob than before,bt much more needed to be faded down,index nd thumb fingertips r numb,aft writing abit wrist area pains nd muscle tightness in fingers r still present, Should i take Ruta 30 for some more days and wait or else some other?

Yes take for 2 days more from the same bottle hitting 8 times before each dose.
Also take Mag Phos 6X , 4 tabs 4 times a day. You may exchange your Mag Phos 1M bottle with this.
Update after 2 days.
