apart from the usual aches, pains, fogginess, etc (if you looked up FM symptoms + systemic Candida you'd find me there), my face - masseter area - is still hurting. jaw joint area much improved, though there's a dull ache off and on just beneath my ear. i can't get near an open door or window without a bad flare-up.

ok. ibuprofen might not be a bad idea, though i really don't like taking drugs, as i seem to be running a bit of a fever. (fever is typical response to more than usual levels of stress to body and/or mind, but it does add to the body pain.)
