The medicine you already have is sufficient. 5 pill dose is ok.
We may repeat it initially every 2 weeks for 2 months (but it depends on your feed back, so don't repeat it at your own). Then the a single dose in a month (2 or 3 months) and then every six months.

Dear mani_jee,
Urine related symptoms subsides a lot but relief is not complete.
Pain and stiffness in the lower back in right side with stiffness in waist at right side also pain in both knees but more at left side knee is less but present.
Sex drive has been decreased to some extent.
Some improvement in mental condition, please tell how long it will take for improvements in physical conditions that i posted in previous post.
Also suffering from oligoasthenospermia,childless after 3 years of marriage,varicocele left side 1st grade.whether you suggest separate homeopathic medicines for these problems or Lyssin 1m will clear all my problems(mental and physical) as it is my constitutional remedy.
Please help me to get rid of these problems as early as possible.

Hot urine with some blocking in the passage(urethra)at starting during urination.Burning along with slight pain after urination for 1-2 hours in urethra(near penis tip) is still present which is very irritating.
PE i.e.early emissions(within 1-2 min.) during sexual intercourse also pain and burning near penis tip after sexual intercourse.Sexual desire diminished.
Headache is present more severe than earlier with some intervals.
Sometimes pain and itching in both testis(scrotum) and at the root of the penis,itching in whole genital area and at anus, also feels like insect crawling on testis occasionally.
Improvement in mental condition(within 5-10 percent) same as on 14 nov, no improvement after that.
No sound sleep,mind gets busy as different thoughts gets crowded in mind while on bed.
I took Lyssin 1m on 6th nov and you have suggested that it may be repeated after 2 weeks from initial dose,so whether to take second dose on 20th nov or 21st nov, please advise.

Its almost 12 days to the first dose. If you think that the burning and other symptoms were much lesser after the first use of the medicine, and now you are reverting back to previous state (i.e. as you were before Nov. 6), you may take a 2nd dose of lyssin and report back weekly.

The main symptom which you mentioned is blocking before penis tip is getting better based on the feed back you provided.
So the recovery is very much satisfactory. You don't need to repeat the medicine at the moment. Its been almost 3 weeks to the initial dose. Regarding the PE will also improve once the main issue is resolved i.e. pain and burning at urination.
When you say 'No noticeable change in mental levels', can you explain it.

After 1st dose i felt slight improvement regarding fear,being suspicious,anxiety,negative and unwanted thoughts,inferiority complex.Now i am feeling no change or improvement in mental condition except i do not think about anything(regarding different serious or unwanted matters)continuously which i used to do earlier.Feels calm and cool now.No unwanted thoughts.

So there is marked improvement in mental spehre. If you are feeling calm, less anxious and unwanted thoughts are not coming, so what else could be desired.... you are a happy man dear.... :-) and that too in just 3 weeks, Are you happy with the God now? :-)

I really want to be a normal guy in physical levels.Please help me regarding this.
I have very thin and weak upper and lower limbs(i.e.thin arms,legs,thighs,feet,hands)also short and weak shoulders,narrow chest with visible bones.No adequate fats,muscles and flesh on the body,emaciation.Due to thin body structure i feel inferiority complex.Please tell me whether i will have normal body structure and how much time it will take because i always think about my physical structure all the time blaming god for this.

Once the sexual desire is back to normal and you get rid of the urination issue, you would see that your body will automatically tone up. In the meanwhile me or dr. Mohla would be prescribing you to build up your body.
For the time being, i want that lyssin should work independently, so avoid any other medicine, may that be allopathic or homeo.

Please give full name of aconite.Whether it is Aconitum Napellus or Aconitum Lycotonum or Aconitum Ferox.

Start treatment with Cannabis Sativa or Cannabis I and Damiana Q.
Take a half cup of luke warm water and put 10 drops from Cannabis I or S and 10 drops of Damiana Q, stir it and drink it slowly. Repeat 3 times a day, continue for a week.
Repeat Lyssin on Dec. 3.

You might be right and even your homeopath might be right. Actually, when we use lower potencies and repeat them too often , it will create its own symptoms and ofcourse create sensitivity.
You have noticed yourself that lyssin initially gave you benefit and now its has stopped doing any good, because there is some hurdle inside your body which is not allowing the complete cure. Sulphur would remove that hurdle and subsequently a higher dose of lyssin would do the job.
I may have changed the remedy, knowing that it hasn't given the desired results, however, you are satisfied mentally, which strengthen the idea that the medicine is correct, however, not achieving the desired result due to some kind of hurdle in its way to cure.
If you are still in doubt, I may send you some cases achieved good results through the same process.
