Ok thanks Dr. I started taking one dose of 2 pellets at alternative nights. Continuing with Chennopodium. Seeing some progress and relief. For how long can I take Graphite or can I take it for longer periods as I am doing with Chennopodium?

I believe that graphite does provide some relief. Is it ok to take it every night instead of alternative nights? I still have china with me - should I not take it foe the time being? Thanks, Dr.

You can but you have to taper down the doses of graphites. You can take it twice a day as SOS also.

dr, what is sos?

SOS = when need occurs

DR, as and when I feel the buzzing gets louder I take chenopodium, china and graphite at intervals. Otherwise I have stopped taking them regularly as there are periods when the buzzing disappears. Will that be a good approach at this juncture?

Yes, continue like that. If you are using mullein ear drops use it in cotton plug.
